Anupam (Anu) Phoghat is a seasoned technology leader with over a decade of experience empowering Australian businesses through transformative, scalable, and future-ready digital solutions.
As a Google Developer Expert (GDE) — a distinction held by a select global network of technology practitioners — Anupam has consistently championed developer enablement and engineering excellence. From speaking at global tech forums to mentoring teams, contributing to open-source projects, and shaping feedback loops with Google, he has played a key role in growing a collaborative and innovation-led ecosystem.
Having worked as a consultant, vendor, and client, he brings a unique 360° view of what it takes to turn good tech into great business.

Our founder witnessed it time and again across high-stakes IT projects and strategic initiatives: technology delivered without strategy, integration without intent, and transformation without traction.
Cloud infrastructure went live, but agility remained stagnant. AI models were built, but rarely activated. Frameworks were rolled out, yet the underlying problems persisted.
It wasn’t the tech that failed. It was the approach.
The real bottleneck wasn’t a lack of innovation. It was the absence of outcome-led execution. Too many consultancies focused on deliverables over impact. They sold the "what" and skipped the "why."
